The patient asks whether the clinic assesses dark spots, when the next open time is, whether she needs any preparation. Clinivum answers with the name of the clinic, looking at the real calendar, and books the time. When someone on the team joins the conversation, artificial intelligence stops and leaves it with that person.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

Recording the application takes the right item out of inventory. An opened vial can be split between patients, with the expiry date in plain sight and the balance of each one. The calendar shows which technology is available that day, so the front desk does not offer what the device will not do.

Prescription, sick note and lab order signed
A standard prescription, a sick note with the ICD code and a lab order come out with the clinic brand and a digital signature by A1 ICP Brasil certificate, straight from the health record. The signed document goes to the patient WhatsApp, with no printing and scanning.

Does Clinivum work for a dermatology practice with a single doctor?
It does. The calendar, the chart and WhatsApp work the same for one professional or for a team. The team comes in when the clinic grows, each person with the access the owner defines.
Can I record toxin and filler by patient?
You can. The application stays on the patient chart and takes the vial out of inventory, including when the same vial is split between patients.
Are the photos of the patients public?
No. Photos and documents open only for the clinic team, through a temporary link that expires in minutes.
