Kidney function as a series, against the ranges of your clinic
The lab report comes in as a PDF or a photo, and Clinivum reads the name, the value, the unit and the reference range of each item. Creatinine, urea, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, hemoglobin and other markers become a series over time on the chart. The clinic registers its own reference ranges, with version and author, and the values are classified against them. A doubtful value goes to a review queue and does not come in on its own.
AI compares the exams over time and prepares a text for you to review. An imaging exam, such as the kidney ultrasound, comes in with the conclusion and the report attached.

The clinic WhatsApp answers and confirms the follow up
The patient asks whether fasting is needed, when the next open time is, whether it can be moved. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment. It tells the patient about appointments already booked and understands voice messages. With the patient, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis, does not interpret exams and does not give treatment: it says the nephrologist will advise during the appointment.
The confirmation on the day before goes out to the authorized numbers, and the clinic can turn on the medication reminder and the follow up on the lab order five days later. No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

Can I use the reference ranges of my clinic instead of the ones from the laboratory?
You can. The clinic registers its own ranges, with version and author, and the values read from the reports are classified against them. The range from the laboratory stays recorded together with the value.
Does Clinivum calculate the filtration rate?
It does not calculate. It reads and keeps the values from the reports and builds the series over time. Calculations and interpretation stay with the doctor.
Does AI talk to the patient about the exam result?
No. On WhatsApp, AI takes care only of the administrative side. The exam the patient sends becomes an attachment on the chart, with a notice for the team to check, and the result is a conversation for the appointment.
