Spirometry, imaging and laboratory on the same chart
The spirometry, the CT scan and the X ray come in with the conclusion and the report attached. The lab report comes in as a PDF or a photo, and Clinivum reads the name, the value, the unit and the reference range of each item, building the series over time against the ranges the clinic registers. A doubtful value goes to a review queue and does not come in on its own.

The clinic WhatsApp answers, confirms and reminds about the medicine
The patient asks whether the inhaler has to be stopped before the exam, when the next open time is, whether it can be moved. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment or the exam. It tells the patient about appointments already booked and understands voice messages.
With the patient, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis, does not interpret exams and does not give treatment: it says the pulmonologist will advise during the appointment. The clinic can turn on the medication reminder and the follow up on the lab order five days later, for the authorized numbers.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate, with a QR code for checking. You send the PDF to the patient WhatsApp from that same screen, with no printing and scanning.

Frequently asked questions about pulmonology
Does the spirometer connect to Clinivum?
No. The spirometry report comes in as an attachment to the chart, with the conclusion recorded. The direct connection with devices exists only for InBody bioimpedance.
Does the inhaler reminder go out on its own?
Only if the clinic turns on the medication reminder and only to numbers on the list of authorized ones. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.
Does Clinivum work for a pulmonology practice with a single doctor?
It does. Calendar, chart, documents and WhatsApp work the same for one professional or for a team. When the clinic grows, each person comes in with the access the owner defines.
