The front desk needs to see the whole day at once, to know who confirmed and to fit in whoever is waiting. The Clinivum calendar was adjusted with the front desk of a clinic that is open and running.
In the day view, the grid fits the height of the window: from the first appointment to the last, with the empty slots folded away. Week and month keep the usual ruler, so you can compare the days.

Appointment confirmation and reminder on WhatsApp
The reminder goes out from the number of the clinic and the answer of the patient comes back into the calendar: confirmed, wants to reschedule, or does not want to be reminded again.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the list of authorized numbers of the clinic. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.
03
Before the appointment, the patient has already started
The intake form, the questionnaires and the food recall answered on the phone of the patient reach the chart before he walks into the room.
Questions
Frequently asked questions about medical scheduling
Can the patient book on his own?
On WhatsApp, yes: Clinivum talks, offers the free times and books. It all shows up in the calendar of the front desk.
Does it work on a phone and on a tablet?
It does. The calendar runs in the browser and adjusts to the phone, to the tablet at the front desk and to the computer.
