The mother or the father writes from their phone, and the conversation stays linked to the child chart. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment. It tells them about appointments already booked and understands voice messages, which is how many people write with a baby in their arms.
With the family, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis or treatment: it says the pediatrician will advise during the appointment. A photo or document sent in a conversation already linked to the chart comes in as an attachment, and the team gets a notice to check it. When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks and a search for free times to fit in the child with a fever. The waiting list notes down who wants to come earlier. The confirmation on the day before goes out on WhatsApp to the authorized numbers, and a yes from the parents confirms it in the calendar; the clinic can turn on the one month and the seven day reminders for the routine visits.
On the way out, the front desk records the payment in finances without seeing the clinic result. Clinivum does not bill health insurance, does not issue service invoices and does not take online payments.

Does Clinivum have growth curves and a vaccination record?
No. The chart keeps weight, height and whatever else the clinic puts in the templates of history and progress notes, and the reports stay attached. Curves and vaccine control are not generated by the system.
Does AI talk to the parents about what the child has?
No. On WhatsApp, AI takes care only of the administrative side: time, confirmation and information about the clinic. Diagnosis and treatment are left for the appointment with the pediatrician.
