The clinic WhatsApp answers the ones who cannot wait
Whoever twisted an ankle in the morning writes before the clinic opens. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the times that are really free and books the appointment. It also tells the patient about appointments already booked and understands voice messages, which helps whoever has a hand in a cast.
When someone on the team answers, artificial intelligence pauses in that conversation and comes back when the pause set by the clinic ends. With the patient, it does not talk about diagnosis or treatment: it says the orthopedist will advise during the appointment.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate. Each one carries a QR code that leads to a Clinivum page, where anyone can check whether the document was signed, by whom and when. You send the PDF to the patient WhatsApp from that same screen.
A sick note for time off with the ICD code
An imaging order with the ICD code, which you change or remove
A referral to physical therapy, with the template of your clinic
An attendance certificate with entry and exit times, for the workplace of the patient
A standard prescription; the special control prescription comes out in the two copy model to print, because the electronic version depends on the integration with the SNCR, the Anvisa system for controlled prescriptions in Brazil, which Clinivum does not have yet

A calendar that separates appointment, follow up and surgery day
The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks for the days you operate. The search for a free time finds a slot for the patient in pain, and the waiting list notes down who wants to come earlier. The confirmation on the day before goes out on WhatsApp to the authorized numbers, and a yes from the patient confirms the appointment in the calendar.
On the way out, the front desk records the payment in finances without seeing the clinic result. Clinivum does not bill health insurance, does not issue service invoices and does not take online payments. It was made for the private clinic.

Does Clinivum work for an orthopedic practice with a single doctor?
It does. Calendar, chart, documents and WhatsApp work the same for one orthopedist or for a team. When the clinic grows, each person comes in with the access the owner defines.
Can I keep X rays and MRI scans on the chart?
You can. The report comes in as an attachment to the chart, and the conclusion stays recorded. Images and documents open only for the team, through a temporary link that expires in minutes.
Is a sick note signed in Clinivum valid for the employer of the patient?
It is. The sick note comes out with the ICD code and a digital signature by A1 ICP Brasil certificate, and the employer checks the signature through the QR code on the document or in Adobe Reader.
