A good part of the messages comes from the parents. The conversation stays linked to the patient chart, whether adult or child. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment or the exam. It tells them about appointments already booked and understands voice messages.
With the patient, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis, does not interpret exams and does not give treatment: it says the ENT doctor will advise during the appointment. When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate, with a QR code for checking. You send the PDF to the patient WhatsApp from that same screen, with no printing and scanning.

The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks for the surgery days and a search for free times to fit someone in. Appointment and exam stay apart, and the front desk knows what the room has available that day. The confirmation on the day before goes out on WhatsApp to the authorized numbers, and a yes from the patient confirms it in the calendar.
Finances records the payment for appointment, exam and procedure, reads the bank statement and separates commission by professional. Clinivum does not bill health insurance, does not issue service invoices and does not take online payments.

Does the audiometry go on the chart?
It comes in as an attached report, with the conclusion recorded. The system does not connect to the audiometer; the direct connection with devices exists only for InBody bioimpedance.
Can the responsible adult sign the consent form for the child?
They can. The consent form is signed on screen, from the phone of whoever answers for the patient, and stays kept on the chart.
Does Clinivum work for a clinic with several ENT doctors?
It does. Each professional has their own calendar and their own certificate, commission comes out separated, and each person on the team comes in with the access the owner defines.
