The clinic WhatsApp books and confirms, and that is all
The patient asks for a time, asks the price of the appointment, wants to move it. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment. It tells the patient about appointments already booked and understands voice messages.
With the patient, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis, does not talk about medication and does not give treatment: it says the psychiatrist will advise during the appointment. When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

Prescription, sick note and certificate: what comes out signed and what comes out to print
The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate, with a QR code for checking. You send the PDF to the patient WhatsApp from that same screen.
In psychiatry, a good part of the prescriptions is under special control. That model comes out of Clinivum in two copies, to print and sign by hand. The electronic version depends on the integration with the SNCR, the Anvisa system for controlled prescriptions in Brazil, which Clinivum does not have yet, and the blue and yellow prescription notification is not issued by the system.

Sessions and follow ups, with the whole day on screen
The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks and a search for free times. The waiting list notes down who wants to come earlier. The confirmation on the day before goes out on WhatsApp to the authorized numbers, and a yes from the patient confirms it in the calendar.
On the way out, the front desk records the payment in finances without seeing the clinic result, and commission comes out separated by professional when the clinic has more than one. Clinivum does not bill health insurance, does not issue service invoices and does not take online payments.

Frequently asked questions about psychiatry
Does the secretary see the prescriptions and the sick notes?
No. Prescriptions, clinical documents and the appointment with AI open only for the doctor. The front desk uses the calendar, patient records, conversations and payments, and the owner defines the role of each person.
Does the blue prescription come out of Clinivum?
No. The blue and yellow prescription notification is not issued by the system. The special control prescription comes out in the two copy model to print, and the standard prescription comes out digitally signed.
Am I required to record the appointment with AI?
No. The appointment without AI is always available. If you use the recording, the text stays under review until you check it, and CFM Resolution 2.454/2026, from the Brazilian Federal Council of Medicine, asks you to inform the patient about the use of AI.
