The clinic WhatsApp talks to the family and to the caregiver
The conversation with the relative or the caregiver stays linked to the patient chart. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment. It tells them about appointments already booked and understands voice messages.
With the family, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis or treatment: it says the geriatrician will advise during the appointment. An exam or document sent in a conversation already linked to the chart comes in as an attachment, and the team gets a notice to check it. When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation.
The clinic can turn on the medication reminder on WhatsApp, for the authorized numbers. No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

A long history, summarized before each appointment
Years of progress notes, exams and documents fit on the chart, and AI summarizes the history with the date of each piece of information before you call the patient in. You can also ask AI about the health record of that patient, and the answer comes from what is on the chart.

Prescription and report sent without the older person leaving home
The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate, with a QR code for checking. You send the PDF to the family WhatsApp from that same screen, and the pharmacy checks the signature through the QR code or in Adobe Reader.
A standard prescription, with all the medication of continuous use
A special control prescription in the two copy model to print; the electronic version depends on the integration with the SNCR, the Anvisa system for controlled prescriptions in Brazil, which Clinivum does not have yet

A calendar with frequent follow ups and a team the size of the clinic
The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks, a search for free times and a waiting list. The confirmation on the day before goes out on WhatsApp to the authorized numbers, and the clinic can turn on the one month and the seven day reminders.
Each person comes in with their role: doctor, front desk, finance or inventory. Prescriptions and clinical documents stay with the doctor, and the front desk records the payment without seeing the clinic result. Clinivum does not bill health insurance, does not issue service invoices and does not take online payments.
