What we collect

When you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive your name, phone, email, specialty and the message you wrote. We also keep which page and which campaign you arrived from, when that information is present in the address.

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising tools on this site. The draft of the form stays only on your own device, until you send it.

What we measure about the visit

We count how many people open each page, how far down the page they get, which section was the last one to appear on screen and how many seconds the page stayed in view. That is what tells us whether the site is explaining well what we do or whether people give up halfway.

That count is anonymous and is not done by any outside company. We do not keep your internet address, we do not use cookies and we do not record your screen. Each visit receives a number drawn at the moment the page opens, and it exists only while the tab is open: once the tab is closed, the number ceases to exist and there is no way to link one visit to another or to you.

We also keep which campaign the visit came from, when that information is present in the address. Before we keep it, that text is cleaned: only letters, numbers and hyphens remain, at most thirty characters, and any sequence of six digits or more makes the whole piece of information be discarded. That is what stops a phone number, a document or someone’s name from entering the count through the address.

What we use it for

To answer your request: to get in touch on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, to understand the routine of your clinic and, if it makes sense to you, to show the system working.

The legal basis is your consent, given in the acceptance box of the form, and the preliminary steps towards a possible contract, which you yourself asked for (LGPD, the Brazilian data protection law, article 7, items I and V).

Who sees it

Only the Clinivum team that runs the service. Client clinics have no access to these contacts. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

The data is kept in a database with access restricted by rule, hosted with a cloud provider contracted by Clinivum.

For how long

While the conversation is in progress and, after that, for as long as it takes to meet legal obligations or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to confirm whether we hold your data, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it or to withdraw your consent. Just write to contato@clinivum.com. We answer within fifteen days.

You can also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
