The patient asks about the next open time, whether she needs preparation for the exam, whether the clinic sees pregnant patients. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment. It tells her about appointments already booked and understands voice messages.
With the patient, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis, does not interpret exams and does not give treatment: it says the doctor will advise during the appointment. The result the patient sends on WhatsApp, in a conversation already linked to her chart, comes in as an attachment, and the team gets a notice to check it. When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

The lab report comes in as a PDF or a photo, and Clinivum reads the name, the value, the unit and the reference range of each item. The values become a series over time on the patient chart, classified against the ranges the clinic registers. A doubtful value goes to a review queue and does not come in on its own. The ultrasound comes in with the conclusion and the report attached.

Lab order, prescription and sick note signed on the spot
The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate, with a QR code for checking. You send the PDF to the patient WhatsApp from that same screen, with no printing and scanning.

Follow up scheduling and privacy by design
The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks, a search for free times and a waiting list. The follow up booked on the way out gets a confirmation on the day before through WhatsApp, for the authorized numbers, and the clinic can turn on the one month and the seven day reminders.
Each clinic sees only its own patients, by a database rule. Exams and documents open through a temporary link that expires in minutes, and each person on the team sees only the screens of their role. Prescriptions and clinical documents stay with the doctor.

Does the front desk see the prescriptions and the documents of the patients?
No. Prescriptions, sick notes, documents and the appointment with AI open only for the doctor. The front desk uses the calendar, patient records, conversations and payments, and the owner defines the role of each person.
Does it work for prenatal care?
It works as chart and calendar. History and progress notes use the templates the clinic builds, the exams of each trimester come in as a series and the ultrasound stays attached with the conclusion. The pregnancy card and growth curves are not generated by Clinivum.
Does AI answer about the lab result on WhatsApp?
No. With the patient, AI takes care only of the administrative side. Result, diagnosis and treatment are left for the appointment, and the exam that is sent in becomes an attachment on the chart for the team to check.
