AI summarizes the history with the date of each piece of information before you call the patient in, and you can ask it about the health record of that patient, with an answer taken from what is on the chart.

The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate, with a QR code for checking. You send the PDF to the patient WhatsApp or to the family from that same screen, with no printing and scanning.

The clinic WhatsApp answers the family with care
The conversation with the relative stays linked to the patient chart. Clinivum answers from the clinic number, looks at the free times and books the appointment. It tells them about appointments already booked and understands voice messages.
With the patient and with the family, artificial intelligence does not talk about diagnosis, does not interpret exams and does not give treatment: it says the oncologist will advise during the appointment. When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation and comes back only when the pause set by the clinic ends.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

A calendar of frequent follow ups, with extra slots and a waiting list
The calendar has month, week, day and list views, with blocks and a search for free times to fit in whoever is not doing well. The waiting list notes down who wants to come earlier. The confirmation on the day before goes out on WhatsApp to the authorized numbers, and the clinic can turn on the one month and the seven day reminders.
Each clinic sees only its own patients, by a database rule. Documents and reports open through a temporary link that expires in minutes, and each person on the team sees only the screens of their role. Clinivum does not bill health insurance, does not issue service invoices and does not take online payments.

Does Clinivum control chemotherapy and the cycles?
No. It is the chart, the calendar, the documents and the WhatsApp of the clinic. Protocol, dose and cycle stay in the templates of history and progress notes the clinic builds, and the decision belongs to the doctor.
Does the opioid prescription come out of Clinivum?
The special control prescription comes out in the two copy model, to print and sign. The yellow and blue prescription notification is not issued by the system, and the electronic version of controlled medicines depends on the integration with the SNCR, the Anvisa system for controlled prescriptions in Brazil, which Clinivum does not have yet.
