With artificial intelligence turned on, Clinivum answers from the clinic number. It looks at the free times, books the appointment, tells the patient about appointments already booked and understands voice messages. The page about WhatsApp service has the details.
When someone on the team answers, AI pauses in that conversation. It comes back when the pause set by the clinic ends, 6 hours by default, or when the team hands the conversation back.
No automatic message goes out to anyone who is not on the clinic list of authorized numbers. With the list empty, nothing goes out on its own.

Prescription, sick note and lab order signed
The documents come out of the health record with the clinic brand and your digital signature, made with an A1 ICP Brasil certificate. Each one carries a QR code and an address that lead to a Clinivum page, where anyone can see whether the document was signed, by whom and when.
You send the signed PDF to the patient WhatsApp from that same screen, with no printing and scanning. The electronic special control prescription depends on the integration with the Anvisa prescription system, the SNCR, which Clinivum does not have. Where AI helps and where the decision is yours
Before choosing software for doctors with AI, it is worth knowing CFM Resolution 2.454/2026, in force since August 2026 and written by the Brazilian Federal Council of Medicine. It treats AI as a support tool and leaves the doctor as the one finally responsible for clinical decisions.
On WhatsApp, the AI in Clinivum takes care of administrative service. With the patient, it does not talk about diagnosis, does not interpret exams and does not give treatment. It says the doctor will advise during the appointment.
Inside the system, AI helps to record the appointment and summarizes the history that is already on the chart. The history and progress notes it prepares stay under review until you check them, and the clinical decision is yours.
The resolution also asks you to record in the health record the use of AI as decision support and to inform the patient about that use.

Finances and team the size of your practice
With permission to post entries, the front desk records the payment for the appointment without seeing the clinic result. The bank statement enters the system and becomes an entry, and commission comes out separated by professional. The page about clinic finances has the details.
Each person comes in with their role: doctor, front desk, finance or inventory. Prescriptions and clinical documents stay with the doctor, and each clinic sees only its own patients.
Clinivum was made for private medicine. It does not issue service invoices, does not take online payments and does not bill health insurance.

Frequently asked questions about medical practice
Does Clinivum work as software for a doctor who sees patients alone?
It does. Calendar, health record, documents and WhatsApp work the same way for one professional or for a team. When the practice grows, each person comes in with the access you define.
Can I use the free digital certificate from the CRM?
No. The Councils of Medicine issue for free, to a doctor in good standing who asks for it, an A3 certificate in the cloud or on another device (CFM Resolution 2.296/2021). Clinivum signs only with an A1 certificate, the file you register in the system and replace when it expires, usually every year.
Does the AI in Clinivum make diagnoses?
The decision is yours. On WhatsApp, AI handles only the administrative side, does not talk about diagnosis or treatment with the patient and says the doctor will advise during the appointment. In the health record, it helps to record the appointment, and the text is left for you to check. Under CFM Resolution 2.454/2026, the decision about diagnosis, prognosis and prescription always belongs to the doctor.
Do I need to install any program for the medical practice?
No. Clinivum runs in the cloud and opens in the browser of the computer, the tablet and the phone. On the phone, you can put the shortcut on the home screen and open it like an app.
I already use another medical system. Can I bring the data over?
Tell us in the form which system you use today. The patient list comes in by spreadsheet. The old history depends on the format the other system exports, and the Clinivum team looks at it case by case.

Is the data of the patients protected?
Each clinic sees only its own patients, by a database rule. Photos and documents open through a link that expires in minutes, and each person on the team sees only the screens of their role. The data belongs to the clinic, and Clinivum processes it on behalf of the clinic, under contract.
